No further information. The site of these cairns is associated with old field walls, and it is possible that they were stone clearance heaps. (See NH 53 NW 8).
Visited by OS (N K B) 10 December 1964
Several stone clearance heaps of indeterminate date remain at the edge of a cultivated field in the area immediately SE of the published "cairns" site. No trace of field walls.
