Full Description
A Sleeper' built house. Constructed in 1927 as a two apartment cottage. Added to in 1948. Accommodation now includes hall, three bedrooms, lounge, dining room, bathroom, kitchen and back porch. Of total sleeper construction including all partition walls. Roof clad with corrugated iron. Although in part over 60 years old, this house is in very sound condition and should remain so for another sixty years.
