Full Description

A mill dam and associated pond, sluices, weir and lades lie at this location Water comes from the Bruiach Burn to the south - via the weir, sluice and lade - and feeds a couple of mills to the north. The site is marked on the first edition Ordnance Survey map of c 1870.

The site now lies in woodland, though upstanding remains of the dam, pond and lades are visible.

A planning application was lodged in 2001 across the area of the dam and pond.
