For field-system, lazy-beds and small cairns between NG 2371 0556 and NG 2418 0548, see NG20NW 131.02.
A group of at least nineteen small cairns is spread across an area some 300m in length on the raised beach overlooking the sea along the SE shore of Camas Thairbearnais. The cairns vary in size and shape, but are probably the result of field clearance. Most of them lie amidst lazy-bed cultivation, but it is likely that they belong to an earlier period of land-use (NG20NW 131.02).
(Canna 453).
Visited by RCAHMS (IMS, ARG), 30 June 1994.
