This narrow rectangular structure is situated on the neck of a narrow promontory on the S shore of Camas Thairbearnais to the WNW of Buaile nan Gabhar. It lies on the E side of a ruinous stone wall that extends down the promontory, and is visible as little more than a rickle of stones. The structure, which measures 2.4m from E to W by 0.8m, is defined by two parallel rows of boulders and has a large boulder forming its E end. Its location suggests that it may have been a kelp kiln and a revetted track can be seen descending the cliff at the landward end of the promontory to the beach below.
