Full Description
A sub-square stock enclosure is marked at this location on the first edition Ordnance Survey map of 1875. Survey (by Headland Archaeology Ltd in May 2001) describes the enclosure as 17m x 17m and built of stone and soil banking, surviving up to 0.5m high and 1.5m wide. The enclosure lies adjacent to a track and beside Achratagan cottage.
