Full Description
Mound reported at this GR by Geoff Leet & members of Caithness FC. "Low mound surrounded by gorse bushes. The mound still carries fragments of stone dyke & barbed wire which ran over the mound, indicating that it predates the Ormlie development. Possibilities are that it is a burial cairn or the base of a gallows. Letter 9/02/03 - HAW 5/2003
