Full Description
A group of four rectangular structures and an enclosure are situated on the fringes of an open birch woodland approx. 230m south-west of Allt Dibheach. The line of General Wade's Military Road lies circa 20m to the south-west of the site. These earthen-banked remnant structures may be associated with the Military Road. Management at this site would require steps to discourage regeneration, to ensure that no increase in scrub and trees takes place. The existing heather and grass cover should be maintained and the trackway bisecting the site should be used only when absolutely necessary. Also, to avoid rutting and further damage to the site, the use of the track should be avoided in wet weather.
