Full Description
On gently sloping ground, 30m northwest of the Allt Poll a' Bhainne, are the degraded remains of four circular structures. These are difficult to see on the ground and require low-angled light to bring out their detail. <1>
These features are just about visible in vertical aerial photography but lie c.73m to the south-southeast of the given grid reference. The plan in the report showing these (Fig. 17) is also confusing as it depicts them lying to the immediate south of the Allt Poll a' Bhainne, whereas they lie to the immediate north of what appears to be a small tributary of that burn. They would normally thought to be too small for prehistoric hut circles. <2>
