Full Description

On gently sloping south facing hillside, on edge of cleared ground, are the remains of a stone-built cell structure. The cell, probably a twinning pen, measures 2m diameter over walls 0.5m thick and has no visible entrance. The walls survive to 0.3m high. Running from the north of the structure to the Suisnish track above, is a very degraded stone-built boundary wall, 0.5m wide and consisting of a single row of boulders. Two clearance cairns lie 40m northeast of the twinning pen and measure 2m diameter and survive to 0.5m high. <1>

The feature is just about visible in vertical aerial photography lying c.15m to the northeast of the given grid reference. See MHG64747 for the boundary wall. <2>
