Full Description
The remains of a low, coursed drystone wall on the W side of Loch Poll were noted by Headland Archaeology during a pre-afforestation survey. The wall, which is about 12m long, 0.6m wide and up to 0.6m high, extends into the loch on the E but its W end is lost beneath dense heather. The feature, where exposed to the east, is clearly visible and well defined. Its western extent, where it is covered in deep heather and grass, however, is uncertain. <1>
