This rectangular building is situated on a terrace on the S flank of a ridge to the SW of a township head-dyke (NC70NW 4). It measures 6.1m from E to W by 2.2m transversely within a stony bank spread to 0.8m in thickness and 0.3m in height. The entrance, in the N side-wall, opens into the wasted remains of what may be an enclosure.
