The site of this bloomery, situated within the S angle of the head-dyke around Achadh a' Choirce township (NC60NE 16.00), is marked by a grassed-over spread of debris, 0.2m high, covering an area measuring about 25m NNW to SSE by 8m transversely on either side of a burn. Exposures in the banks of the burn reveal considerable quantities of slag and charcoal.
