This farmstead is situated on a terrace on the SW side of the valley of the River Brora and comprises three buildings (ROG95 366-68), an enclosure and what may be a kiln.
The northernmost building (ROG95 366), which lies on the SW side of an enclosure, measures 5.6m by 3m within boulder footings 0.5m in thickness and 0.4m in height. The other two other buildings lie roughly at right angles to each other. The easternmost (ROG95 367) measures 13.7m from E to W by 2.6m transversely within boulder footings 0.5m in thickness and 0.5m in height. It has been divided into three compartments, with a bedneuk (2.8m in width by 2.4m in depth) extruded out of the N wall of the westernmost compartment; the other building (ROG95 368) measures 6.5m from NNE to SSW by 2.6m transversely, with a secondary extension 2.1m in length butting onto the W end of the adjacent building (ROG95 367). Two hollows in a low knoll to the NW of the enclosure may be the remains of the bowl of a kiln (measuring about 2m across by up to 0.4m in depth) and its fire pit.
