The coursed-rubble footings of two rectangular buildings, both aligned NNW-SSE, are situated on the line of a later ruinous drystone wall. The SSE building (ROG95 111, NC 7462 0753), which measures 7.3m by 2.8m internally and has a fireplace in the NNW end, may have been a dwelling. The NNW building (ROG95 112, NC 7406 0755) is much longer, measuring 14.9m by 3m internally, and exhibits two distinct phases of construction, with the SSE half butted on to the NNW section. Both buildings are depicted as roofed on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Sutherland 1879, sheet xcvi). By the date of the 2nd edition map (Sutherland 1907, sheet xcvi) the N building (ROG95 112) is shown as roofless, while the other building remained roofed.
