This farmstead comprises footings of three buildings arranged around a yard with a garden enclosure to SSE. The building (ROG95 24) along S side of yard has mortared walls and may have been the dwelling; it is also the largest of the buildings, measuring 9m by 3.6m internally. 1st edition OS 6-inch map (Sutherland 1879, sheet xcvi) depicts all three buildings as roofed, while by date of 2nd edition (Sutherland 1907, sheet xcvi) only one building remains roofed (ROG95 24) while other two are shown as unroofed. The 1st edition shows a further roofed structure to W of the farmstead of which no trace now remains. The garden enclosure to SSE of farmstead is depicted on both editions of OS map, together with a further garden enclosure across burn to NW, of which only fragments now remain.
