This farmstead is situated towards the leading edge of the terrace on the SW flank of Cnoc ard an Tionail and comprises three buildings set around a fragmented irregular enclosure.
The largest building (ROG95 90) lies along the SW side of the enclosure and has two compartments. It measures 11.1m from NW to SE by 3.2m transversely within a stony bank spread to 1.1m in thickness and 0.3m in height. The other two buildings are smaller, measuring 5.1m by 2.4m internally (ROG95 92) and 5.9m by 2.7m overall (ROG95 91), and lie along the NE side of the enclosure. The N side of the latter building is set into an arc of bank which may have been the remains of a hut-circle.
