Full Description
NH21NW 2 2203 1911, 2205 1918 and 2197 1902
Two unroofed buildings on the NW of the Allt Ribhach were noted during a pre-afforestation survey by J Wordsworth (NMRS MS 961/12 no.8). A further building lies on the S bank of the river at NH 2197 1902 (NMRS MS 961/12 no.9). The NE building, at NH 2205 1918, is partly overlain by a modern sheep fank and survives as footings measuring 7m from NE to SW by 3m. The second building is better prerserved and survives as 0.3m high footings. There may have been a third building, on a low mound, 30m away.
On the S bank of the Allt Riabhach there is an isolated stone-walled building measuring 4m from NE to SW by 2m.
