NG44NE 16 centred on 455 465
A crofting township comprising fourteen roofed buildings, eight of which are long buildings, four unroofed buildings, the fragmentary remains of a head-dyke, and a farmstead (NG 462 463) comprising one unroofed and one roofed building with an attached enclosure are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire, Isle of Skye 1881, sheet xxiii). Nine roofed, two partially roofed and ten unroofed buildings, their associated enclosures and field walls, the fragmentary remains of a head-dyke and the farmstead comprising one unroofed building are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1968).
