A crofting township comprising thirty roofed and three unroofed buildings, two phases of head-dyke and two field-systems (NG 424 489 and NG 434 477) is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire, Isle of Skye 1881, sheet xxiii). Twenty-eight roofed, three partially roofed and twelve unroofed buildings, two phases of head-dyke and two field-systems are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1968).
