A crofting township comprising seventeen roofed buildings, including three long buildings, one partially roofed long building and two unroofed buildings, and a head-dyke are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire, Isle of Skye 1879, sheet xxx). Eleven roofed, one partially roofed, four unroofed buildings and the fragmentary remains of a head-dyke are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1968).
