What may be a township, comprising four roofed buildings of which one forms three sides of a courtyard farm, two unroofed buildings, a horse-gang and two enclosures is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire 1875, sheet xxxii). One roofed building, one unroofed L-shaped structure and two enclosures are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1982).
