Full Description
NH09SE 10 from NH c.083 902 to NH c.096 905
An earth and stone or turf dyke, between the Allt nan Caorach (NH c.083 902) and An Crasg (NH 0835 9025), was recorded during the course of a pre-afforestation survey undertaken by J Wordsworth. Although the dyke is not shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1968) it is clearly marked on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ross and Cromarty, sheet xxi, 1881). It is presumably the march boundary of the township.
