Full Description
NC00NW 45 centred on 0225 0737 and 0228 0747
On the N side of the Achlochan peninsula, about 400m NW of Achlochan House, there are two areas of lazy-bed cultivation. The first, centred at NC 0225 0737, lies immediately to the NE of the target of a firing range (NC00NW 44) and covers about 0.5ha. The other area (centred on NC 0228 0747) is slightly smaller, and extends along the NW-facing slopes above the shore for about 160m. A bank runs SE from the NE corner of the latter area, and can be traced for about 160m (from NC 0330 0753 to 0450 0742).
