Full Description

This group of kilns is set into the seaward side of the pebble bar between Loch Poll an Dunain and the sea, about 90m E of the broch (NC00NW 3.00). There are seven kilns, set in row about 27m long and opening to the SE. They are all partly infilled and grassed over, but they appear to have been constructed of faced-rubble and each one measured about 3m in diameter and up to 1m in depth.
