What may be a crofting township, comprising one roofed and one partially roofed building, fourteen unroofed buildings and a field-system is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire, Isle of Skye 1878, sheet iii). One roofed building, seventeen unroofed buildings and a field-system are shown on the current editions of the OS 1:10560 map (1966 and 1965).
