A farmstead, comprising two roofed buildings, one unroofed building, one horsegang and one enclosure is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire 1874, sheet xii). One roofed building is shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1973).

Farmhouse has been extended at rear, no other buildings are visible.

This site is noted in the Ordnance Survey Name Book as 'a small house one storey high, thatched and in good repair. The property of Macintyre of Holm'.
