A crofting township comprising one unroofed, two partially roofed and seventeen roofed buildings, of which one is labelled as a Free Church School, and six enclosures is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ross-shire 1874-6-80, sheet c). Three unroofed and twelve roofed buildings, four enclosures and some field walls are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1985).
