Full Description

The remains of a crofthouse, 10.8m x 3.6m, surrounded by field walls. It is located on boggy ground, close to the Allt Ruigh Chaillich, amidst birch and juniper. It is not named on the OS 1st or 2nd edition maps.

What may be a farmstead comprising one unroofed, three roofed buildings and an enclosure is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire 1874, sheet lix), but it is not shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1994).
