GR corrected to abivw to centre point of buildings on 1st ed OS. Settlement on E side of Bhodaich stream. Large open area with buildings on edges or immed outside. 2 buildings 1 with enclosure on NE, 2 buildings & unattached walls in middle E, 1 roofless building in southern area, Named Baileanachaidh - HAW 2/2003

A township comprising one unroofed and four roofed buildings, an enclosure, a length of field wall and a head-dyke is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ross-shire and Cromartyshire 1881, sheet xvii). Five unroofed buildings, an incomplete enclosure, a length of field wall and a head-dyke are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1971).
