Longhouse. Dimensions: 11 x 4.5m. Rectangular structure with opposing fireplaces. A semicircular paved area 3 x 2.5m surrounded by a low bank which projects for 12m from the NW end of the structure. Orientation NW-SE.

A building is depicted as roofed on the first edition OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet xix), but as unroofed on the current edition of the OS 1:10,000 map (1994).
