What may be a walled trackway is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ross-shire and Cromartyshire 1881, sheet xxi). The current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1971) shows it with one end open and a bridge over a burn at the open end, indicating it is a walled trackway.
