West Caithness Local Plan, May 1987: P14/2.23 Fishing.
POLICY - The Council is following the above study with a further assessment of all other piers, jetties and harbours around the coast of the Region. This will assess the fishery and non-fishery related use of these structures and provide a framework against which to assess the priority for maintenance and improvement.
