A farmstead, comprising three roofed buildings and one unroofed structure is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire 1876, sheet xvii). One roofed and one unroofed building are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1992).

Vertical aerial photographs show an area of dykes and enclosures immediately to the northwest of the buildings as shown on the OS 1st Edition map. This area is shown as rough ground on the OS 1st edition map. <1>
