House not marked on the 1st ed OS, but is on the 2nd. TS the owner says it was built in 1872.
Works to dig a ha-ha has revealed stone layer at the side of the loch , 4 feet deep in peat and a packed earth floor of a possible building beside the well as marked on OS) - HAW 8/2004
