Two farmsteads and a field-system are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ross-shire 1881, sheet xxxii). The farmstead to the N comprises an unroofed long building of two compartments with an attached enclosure and that to the S comprises an unroofed long building lying within a field-system. Only part of the field-system is shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1968).
