NG95NW 3 centred on 9035 5505 and 904 553

NG 904 553 A sheep fank/enclosure is seen from the road. A sunken area, now stone filled, is on the W side. Between the fank and the road are the outlines of two other features. In the sheltered lea of a small hill, facing the modern bungalow, are the footings of a building. Uphill and to the E of this are the outlines of another building.

NG 9035 5505 A small township comprising five roofed buildings, one partially roofed building, one unroofed building and three enclosures is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ross-shire 1881, sheet xcii). One roofed building and three enclosures are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1971).
