Information from RCAHMS (SAH) 24 April 1996

A walkover survey and desk-based assessment for the National Trust estate at Torridon was carried out by J Wordsworth and J Harden between 1996 and 2002.

The drystone enclosure is c20m by ci 6m within a wall which still stands to over 1.2m high and is c0.7m thick. The current OS map shows the enclosure above the old track mid-way between TOR074 and T0R076. This is part of the wider area of settlement know as Lub a' Ghriogalaich traditionally associated with a group of proscribed Macgregors (MM). <1>
