Full Description
An archaeological survey at Rothiemurchas was undertaken by Dr T C Welsh in 1993.
On the north side NW inlet of Lochan Mor, a ruin 9 x 5.5m built into slope alongside possible silage pit 8 x 4m, 12m east 12 x 5m 3-room and parallel 15 x 7m, 12 m east plus other walling and remains. A cottage was apparently occupied here in the 19th c. <1>
