What may be a famrstead comprising an unroofed building lying within an enclosure is depicted in an area of coniferous woodland on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ross-shire and Cormartyshire 1881, sheet xlii), but it is not shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1981).
