A rectangular building (NMRS MS 738/29, no.2) was recorded within the head-dyke of Achinduich township (NC50SE 90.00), during the course of a pre-afforestation survey by AOC (Scotland) Ltd. Of mortared -rubble construction, it measures 18m by 5.5m overall and has a single partition. A subrectangular enclosure, which measures 25m by 20m, lies immediately to the S and there is a second smaller enclosure (12m by 10) with an E-facing entrance, to the N at NC 5839 2259.
