A farmstead comprising 1 unroofed building of two compartments and a length of what may be a head-dyke is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet xxiv). An unroofed building is shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1994)
