Longhouse farm (ND 2896 5793), comprising;
A: Longhouse. Dimensions: 45 x 5m. Rectangular structure of four units, the E central unit containing a fireplace. There is evidence that turf was stacked to form the top half of the walls. Orientation E-W.
B: Enclosure. Dimensions: 17 x 9m. Rectangular structure lying 10m S of A with walls attached to E side forming 2 small lean-tos.

Three roofed buildings and an unroofed structure are depicted on the OS first edition 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet xix). One partially roofed building is shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10,000 map (1994).
