Full Description
Structural traces (ND 1080 5624). A very bright green patch of grass within which were traces of rings, some with a central raised area, others with a central depression. Nine circles were evident, with diameters of 4-6m. Mon.No.242
Hut circle (ND 1090 5623). Dimensions: 11 x 9m. Subcircular structure with an internal diameter of 4.5m. An entrance is located on the E axis. Mon.No.243
Hut-circle (ND 1095 5620). Dimensions: 12.5 x 11m. Subcircular structure represented by grass-covered walls 0.2m high. The interior is 0.4m deep and has a diameter of 5m. An entrance is visible on the E. Mon.No.246
Mound (ND 1093 5612). Dimensions: 13 x 8m. Irregularly shaped, subcircular earthen mound. Mon.No.247
The following monuments may be natural features;
To NE: Bank (ND 1103 5629). Grass and heather covered bank running parallel to with the edge of the river terrace. Mon.No.244
To SW: Wall (ND 1080 5606). Grass-covered earthen bank running parallel to edge of river terrace and turning sharply towards it at its W end. Mon.No.248
