Longhouse farm, 'Blackpark', comprising;
A: Longhouse. Dimensions: 24 x 5m. The two NE units were added at a later date, the NE compartment containing byre slots and drain. Orientation NE-SW.
B: Outbuildings. A complex series of outbuildings, not typically linear, including a byre with a drain and a mill with extant mill machinery and a lade.

Three roofed buildings, a mill lade and a sluice are depicted on the first edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1876, sheet xvii). Two roofed buildings are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10,560 map (1970).
