A township comprising three unroofed buildings in an area of cultivation and an enclosure, within an area of cultivaton is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Sutherland 1879-81, sheet cii). Eight unroofed buildings, two circular enclosures and one other enclosure are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1992).
