A farmstead comprising an unroofed, long building and an enclosure, and a second enclosure with an unroofed structure built onto one corner and a larger enclosure to the SW are depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Sutherland 1878, sheet xlvi). An unroofed T-shaped building, an unroofed structure attached to an enclosure and another enclosure are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1961).
