A farmstead comprising one unroofed long building and three roofed buildings, one of which is an L-shaped long building, is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet vi). One roofed L-shaped building is shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1970).
