Longhouse (ND 2265 5329). Dimensions: 28 x 4m. Rectangular structure composed of five compartments, the W unit probably a circular kiln. The two E units were later additions. Orientation E-W.

A farmstead comprising an unroofed, long building of five compartments, two other unroofed buildings, an enclosure is depicted on the 1st edition of the 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet xviii). A three compartment, unroofed building is shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1994).
