A farmstead comprising two roofed buildings, one of which is a long building, one unroofed building and an enclosure is depicted on the 1st edition of the 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet xviii). Four roofed buildings are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10560 map (1971).
